Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

Suugo Studio (“Suugo Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at suugostudio.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, submit a brief through the contact form, or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. We use this information only to keep the Site running, secure, and reliable.

Cookies. The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small preferences needed for the Site to function, and third-party services listed below may set cookies of their own.

2. Third-party services

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms so we can receive your brief by email. When you submit the form, Web3Forms receives the information you enter, subject to their privacy policy. The Site may also link to external services. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiries and discuss potential projects.
  • To scope, deliver, and invoice the services you engage us for.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the studio and the Site (for example hosting, email, and invoicing tools), with professional advisers where necessary, when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the studio. Providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

5. Client work shown on the Site

The Site displays work we have created for clients. We show that work with the client’s permission, and it belongs to the client or to Suugo Studio as set out in the relevant engagement. Images of team members are used with their consent.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to serve you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them in the ordinary course of business.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. Residents of California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom have additional rights under local law. To exercise any of these rights, email us at asknasarissa@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity first.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

Suugo Studio is based in the United States. If you visit the Site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to asknasarissa@gmail.com.
